Frederic Chopin's

Chopin was born in Warsaw, Friedrich Franciszek Chopin, in Warsaw, and grew up in Warsaw, which became part of Congress Poland in 1815. A child was singular, he completed his music education, and less than a month before the November 1830 revolt, he composed his earlier works in Warsaw before going to Poland at 20. At 21, he settled in Paris. After this - in the last 18 years of his life - he only gave 30 public performances, which gives priority to the more intimate atmosphere of the salon. He supported himself by selling his works and giving piano lessons, for which he was in high demand.

Chopin made friends with Franz Liszt and praised by many of his other music contemporaries (including Robert Schumann). In 1835, Chopin gained French citizenship. After an unsuccessful engagement from Maria Vodziska from 1836 to 1837, she maintained a frequently troubled relationship with French author Amandine Dupin (her pen name, George Sand). In 1838-39, a brief and unhappy trip to Majorca with Sand would prove one of the most productive periods of his composition. In his last years, his fan Jane Stirling, who also arranged to travel to Scotland in 1848 financially supported him. In most of his life, Chopin was in poor health. In 1849 he died in Paris at 39, probably for tuberculosis, pericarditis increased.
